The Equaliser Proton MX Tattoo Pen, from the Polish manufacturer Kwadron, is the best known and most sold equaliser in the range. Like its sibling model Mikron Turbo, it has a practical pen shape that promises the tattooist the most comfortable handling possible.
With its 5 Watt motor, the Tattoo Pen guarantees a smooth operation over longer sessions. Due to its total weight of 130 grams, it is not the lightest equalizer, but scores again with its outstanding anodized aluminum housing. Thanks to its construction consisting of few individual parts, the Tattoo Pen is almost vibration-free, which guarantees more precision. In general, it can be said that the Proton MX is a reliable all-rounder, but those who place even greater value on durability and comfort should consider the Mikron Turbo.
