Skin Plates, or dermal anchors are jewelry mini implants. A small titanium plate with small holes is placed under the skin. There it grows together with the tissue. On the plate is a vertical rod with a thread that is mostly under the skin. Various jewelry attachments can be screwed onto the upper end of the stick.
