Description
By giving every tattoo artist the ability to adjust the stroke as well as the give during tattooing, the new Stigma Rotary Tattoo Pen Spear 2.0 is the perfect all-rounder for smooth shading, rich fills and strong outlines.
To set a different stroke length, simply hold the machine by the octagonal ring above the handle and rotate the motor housing section.
There are 5 laser-engraved markings on the housing to guide the stroke length:
4.5 mm, 4.0 mm, 3.5 mm, 3.0 mm, 2.5 mm.
Note that the stroke length can be set anywhere between these values.
To adjust the give, simply hold the machine by the octagon ring above the handle and turn the RCA housing at the very top of the machine.
When the housing is tightened all the way, the needles hit hard, and when you turn the housing out, the stop softens.
Finally, the protected RCA jack is gold-plated and the handle is designed to make the Spear 2.0 fit snugly in your hand and prevent the pen from rolling off. With its comfortable shape and ergonomic grip, low noise level and vibration, the Spear 2.0 allows the artist to effortlessly produce flawless work all day long.
Notes on maintenance and sterilization:
- Do not disassemble the pen.
- The machine is pre-lubricated and does not require lubrication.
- Do not use oil for lubrication!
- Only the handle of the machine can be autoclaved.
- Only steam autoclave sterilizers are recommended.
- After autoclaving the handle, only a touch of synthetic grease (e.g. Super Lube) should be applied around the internal thread of the handle and/or on the O-rings of the machine body to ensure optimal and smooth operation.
- The remaining parts (machine body) should only be disinfected from the outside with a soft cloth and a mild disinfectant.
