I forgot my login credentials?
Just click “Forgot Password” here, enter the email address you used to register with us, and we'll send you an email that will allow you to reset your password.
How do I change my address or password?
You can change your billing address or password at any time under “My Account.”

Do you only sell to trade customers?
To give even first-time tattoo enthusiasts and tattoo customers the opportunity to access high-quality products, you can also register as a private customer in our online shop and gain access to select items!
Payment
I lost my invoice. How do I get a new one?
If you've misplaced your invoice, you can request a new one by email at any time.
To do so, we'll need your name, customer number, date of purchase, and, ideally, the invoice number (or, if necessary, the exact amount listed on the invoice).
As soon as we have this information, we'll email you a new invoice.
Can I redeem multiple coupons at once?
No, unfortunately, you can only redeem one coupon per order when ordering online.
If you’d like to redeem another voucher, please let us know in advance by email or phone.
Important: We always need your order number and the second or third voucher code you’d like to redeem.
Please note: Redeeming a second voucher is only possible if payment hasn’t been made yet!
How long does the prepayment process take?
After you submit your order, you will receive payment details via email.
Once you have transferred the funds, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for the bank to credit the funds to our account.
As soon as we receive confirmation from the bank, your package will be on its way!
When will I receive my refund?
We always process refunds in batches in our accounting department, so this may take a few days.
However, you can expect the refund to appear in your account within the next 4–5 days.

How long does shipping take?
Within Germany, your package should arrive within 3 business days of placing your order.
If you need your package sooner, we can offer you DHL Express shipping for a small additional fee.

How and where can I track my package online?
As soon as your DHL package leaves our warehouse, you’ll automatically receive an email containing all the details, including a link to track your package’s status.
If you haven’t received this email, you can always send us a quick email or give us a call, and we’ll be happy to provide you with the tracking number!
How much are the shipping costs, and how can I pay?
We offer different shipping options depending on the country and weight. You can find a detailed list of all available shipping and payment methods under “Payment and Shipping.”
At what order total do I qualify for free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders within Germany. This applies only to online orders shipped via DHL with a net order value of €150 or more, and via GLS with a net order value of €250 or more.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, we don't have a minimum order amount. You can place an order with us even for small amounts.
Returns - Refunds
What if I don't like an item?
You can find all the information you need under “Revocation rights for consumers.”
Please note that this right of withdrawal applies only to consumers; business customers are excluded.
The contents of my package are damaged or missing. What can I do?
If the contents of the shipment have been damaged or parts of the contents are missing, follow these steps:
Download the damage report form and fill it out completely.
Print out the form.
Now you can:
- either schedule a free pickup of the damaged shipment by calling the hotline at 0228-4333112.
DHL will then pick up the damaged package from the specified address (please include the printed damage report).
- or drop off the damaged package along with the printed damage report at a branch.
Note: The damaged package must always be handed over including all available shipment components.
After the damage has been assessed by DHL, the package will be returned to you. Unless you have requested that it be returned to the sender following assessment by DHL.

Note: Damage or loss of contents must be reported to DHL within 7 days of delivery.
What can I do if my package just isn't arriving or if there haven't been any new tracking updates for several days?
You can contact us here at any time; just have your customer number or order number ready.
We will then initiate an inquiry with DHL on your behalf:
What happens next?
DHL checks whether all the information required for the inquiry is available.
DHL will search for your package. Due to high volumes of packages, this step may take up to 3 weeks in some cases.
As soon as DHL has located your package or confirmed that it has been lost, they will contact us again and we can discuss the next steps with you.
Where is my package or small parcel?
If the shipment has not yet been delivered, we recommend first checking its status online via DHL Tracking.
In some cases, the shipment’s status may not update for several days. This usually means the package has been sorted out during the fully automated process at the distribution center.
Here are a few possible reasons why the delivery of your shipment is delayed:
The address on the shipment is incorrect or incomplete (e.g., a transposed digit in the ZIP code or a missing house number).
The shipping label was filled out by hand and is illegible.
The shipping label has come loose from the package.
The package’s packaging opened during transport or was slightly damaged on the outside and needs to be repackaged.

Can I change the delivery address for my shipment once it has already been shipped?
Unfortunately, the address on the package cannot be changed once the package is already in transit.
However, if you are registered with DHL, you can still make changes to the delivery:

Redirect to a Packstation or branch
You can redirect the package to a Packstation until it is loaded onto the delivery vehicle.

Deliver to a neighbor
Until shortly before delivery, the package can also be delivered to a neighbor. This neighbor should live in the same building, right next door, or across the street.
The available services for the shipment are displayed in the package notification and the DHL tracking.

Inkjet vs. Thermal: Which tattoo stencil printer is the better choice?
If you’re currently using an inkjet system, you’re used to extremely fine details and smooth gradients – similar to photo printing.
A tattoo stencil printer based on thermal technology works differently:
It transfers the design directly onto stencil paper, resulting in cleaner, more simplified lines.
The key advantage in daily work:
The design becomes slightly simplified and therefore more tattoo-friendly. Lines are clearer, less noisy, and often easier to apply accurately on skin.
