SHIPPING TERMS
Here you will find a short list of the shipping costs. Please note that fees (eg cash on delivery) may be added. Germany-wide & Austrian shipments are carried out by our shipping partners DHL and GLS. All international shipping services are carried out exclusively by our partner DHL. (All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT).
1.1 National shipping terms

Within Germany we deliver free of shipping costs only for online orders with DHL from 100,- € net & GLS from 250,- € net value of goods.

With us you can choose a favorite from the following providers!

1.3 Delivery delays

In rare cases, there is a possibility that there may be delivery delays for international shipments from our shipping partner. This means that a grace period will be added to the standard delivery time.

If this should happen to you, we are of course always ready to help you so that the package arrives as soon as possible. You can find the contact details in our imprint.

1.4.1 DHL Express Shipping
Within Germany you can choose "DHL Express" as shipping method. This service can only be used from Monday to Friday. For express deliveries, the goods will be delivered the following day (Mon. - Fri.), provided that the order is received by 2 pm. (Only prepayment is possible as a payment method, which must also be received by 2 p.m. on the same day).
1.4.2 DHL Express Shipping
Saturday delivery
Within Germany you can choose "DHL Express Saturday Delivery" as shipping method. This service can only be used on Fridays. With Express Saturday Delivery, the goods will be delivered the following day (Saturday), provided that the order is received by 2 pm on Friday. (Only prepayment is possible as a payment method, which must also be received by 2 p.m. on Fridays).
1.5 Delivery times

Domestic deliveries (Germany) are made within 1 - 3 days, unless another delivery time has been specified for the respective item. International deliveries will be delivered within 3 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract after the date of receipt of payment.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time.

In case of self-collection, the goods will be ready for collection one hour after receipt of the order. If an item is not in stock, we will inform you immediately by e-mail. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

2.01 Prepayment

Note: After order completion an additional e-mail with our bank details will be sent (may take up to 5 minutes). As soon as the payment is received, the order will be shipped as soon as possible.

2.02 Cash on delivery DHL (Only for business customers)

Note: Cash on delivery orders can only be picked up at the post office. The letter carrier will drop a collection card in the mailbox, which must be shown when collecting the goods.

Countries: Germany (plus cash on delivery fee: DHL 6,66 €), Austria (plus cash on delivery fee: DHL 8,60 €)

2.03 Cash on delivery GLS (Only for business customers)

Note: Cash on delivery orders can only be picked up at the post office. The letter carrier will drop a collection card in the mailbox, which must be shown at the time of collection.

Countries: Germany (plus cash on delivery fee: GLS 8,60 €), Austria (plus cash on delivery fee: GLS 15,50 €)

2.04 PayPal

Note: After selecting the shipping and payment method in the order completion, you will be automatically redirected to the page of the payment service provider for prepayment.

2.08 Purchase on account

Note: After completing the order, you will be automatically redirected to the page of the payment service provider for a credit check. The payment deadline varies depending on the country. The payment service provider will send an additional e-mail with the bank details for the transfer of the invoice amount. Please do not transfer the invoice amount to the bank account of Body Cult GmbH!

2.09 Payment by installments

Note: After completing the order, you will be automatically redirected to the page of the payment service provider for a credit check. The installment payment is spread over 3 to 36 months. The payment service provider will send an additional e-mail with the bank details for the installment payment. Please do not transfer the installment payment to the bank account of Body Cult GmbH!
